The Jr. NBA program by Off The Glass Basketball helps young athletes (ages 4 -15) build strong skills, teamwork, and confidence through engaging, age-appropriate coaching.

Now available as an affordable monthly membership — perfect for busy families who want steady development without long-term commitments.

Two Options for Families:

Location: Kingston, Lansdowne, Gananoque. 
Date and Times: 
- Mondays- Central Public School, Kingston. 6 pm to 8 pm. Ages 4 to 6 and 7 to 10

- Tuesdays - TIES, Lansdowne. 6 pm to 8 pm. Ages 4 to 6 and 7 to 10

- Saturdays - GSS, Gananoque.  9 Am to 1:30 pm. Ages 4 to 15
